So your social schedule is packed? Well I have you covered starting now with my pick of the best statement making styles and festive yet versatile pieces for all ways to celebrate. I am starting my holiday picks early, because Black Friday and Cyber Monday are a moment away, and what better time to snag some amazing pieces that are on sale and wearable even after the holidays are over!
I have a serious crush on this dress from A.L.C.. and love the silver metallic for the holidays, and I simply paired it with my favorite vintage clutch, which I have linked a similar one here for you. This one is only $99.00.
Also, I love a fun nude pump, and these from Steve Madden are perfect all year long. If you are feeling even more in the spirit, find a festive pump that you can pair with a simple sweater and some boyfriend jeans.
Check out some of my favorite holiday pieces below, courtesy of Nordstrom. You will find me on-line and in store next week for all of their deals and steals!
Well the weather is finally cooling off, and it is definitely time to start bringing out my boots and long sleeve sweaters. What I love about Cali, is that you can wear a long maxi skirt all year round as well as a fun jumpsuit. My go to for meetings is a casual jumper like this J.Crew piece. It is chic, yet still easy to wear.
This silk top from A.L.C. available at Saks is gorgeous. This whole look is perfect for a cocktail event, and if the weather tends to get chilly, I will throw on a cool suede moto jacket to keep it on the daring side. I have always been obsessed with maxi skirts, and you can find them from places like H&M to Nordstrom. I chose this white, because it is so pretty, and can be played up and down. For the day, I will simply add a nice chunky sweater to mix it up.
When it comes to accessories, this silk top needed a fun necklace like this Kendra Scott piece from Nordstrom. I also just added on my fun neutral clutch from Lulu’s to keep it streamlined. As for the jumpsuit, I feel a bit 70’s so I paired it with this fun sunglasses from the B.P. section at Nordstrom. They are only $12.00 and the bit of purple is super cool!
We all know I am a sneaker girl at heart, and I love love pairing Chuck Taylor’s with my maxi skirts. It keeps it fun and not too girly. As for this jumpsuit, it is time to break out some of my favorite booties, and I love the neutral color of these ones from Seychelles. Both of these are available at Nordstrom as well, and this brand is so comfortable I can wear them all day and into the night.
So, we know that I usually am all over the athleisure game, but when a week in Vegas calls, some proper going out looks are in store. I’m here for NBA Summer League, and I will have a ton of fun details for you all week long. One of the fun things about this trip, is that there is literally a fun event every single night. So kick up your dancing heels with me this week as I take you through all the ins and outs of Vegas life!
One of my favorite lines of clothing is A.L.C., and this Alexa dress with the Star print had me at hello. I love a good long dress with a sexy back, and they hit it out of the ballpark for me on this one.
I am all about a good flat with a long dress, and this Sam Edelman from Nordstrom is perfect. The off white mixed with gold make them a little more dressy. Also, who doesn’t love a great pop of color? Hello purple, I am in love. This bag from Onna Ehrlich has been an oldie but goodie for years.
I think I have found the absolute perfect skirt combo for dancing. Thank you Alice and Olivia for this gorgeous little number. I simply paired it with my favorite tight tank from Nordstrom, because this heat is sweltering! I love a chunky heel, they are more comfortable for me, and Chinese Laundry has great ones that won’t break the bank.
I finished off the look with my new favorite earrings from J.Crew, they are totally fun and on trend. Of course, I broke out my classic Chanel bag for summer league. My all time favorite bag, and let me tell you I have had it for ten years and I only wear it here and there.
